Atom is a fully local AI chat application for Android, inspired by Character.AI but built to run entirely on-device with your own API keys. It supports 8 AI providers — Groq, Cerebras, Mistral, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, Gemini, and Opencode Zen — giving users the freedom to choose their preferred models. Built with Expo and React Native, the app features a sleek UI powered by gluestack-ui and TailwindCSS, with state management via Zustand. Atom delivers a seamless, responsive chatting experience with real-time streaming, chat history, and a modern dark-themed interface designed for power users who want full control over their AI interactions.
